This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you interact with our website, landing pages, ads, forms, webinars, demos, newsletters and sales communications (collectively, the “Marketing Channels”). This policy does not cover data processed inside our CRM platform/app for paying customers. If you become a customer, the platform/app will be governed by separate Terms, Privacy Policy and (where applicable) a Data Processing Agreement.

Automatically via cookies/SDKs for analytics and performance.
From service providers (e.g., webinar software giving us attendance stats; ad platforms reporting campaign performance).
4) Why We Use Your Data (Purposes & Legal Bases)
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
Responding to inquiries and providing demos: When you fill out a contact form, book a demo, or request product information, we process your details to get back to you and provide the requested information. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps.
Sending product information and newsletters: If you opt in to receive updates, we use your data to send you emails about our services, product updates, webinars, or newsletters. The legal basis is your consent (and, in some B2B cases, our legitimate interest).
Measuring campaign performance: We use analytics and conversion tracking to understand how our campaigns perform and to improve them. The legal basis is legitimate interest, or consent where required.
Improving website experience: We use analytics tools to detect bugs, monitor usage, and improve the website experience. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a stable and efficient website.
Maintaining security: We may process technical and log data to detect abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access attempts. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting our systems.
Managing events and webinars: If you register for a webinar, demo, or event, we process your data to handle your registration, send reminders, and follow up after the event. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or our legitimate interest.
We do not sell personal data.
5) How We Share Data
We may share limited data with processors/service providers strictly to operate our Marketing Channels, for example:
Email & marketing automation tools, CRM, webinar/event platforms, meeting schedulers, analytics/cookie consent, cloud hosting/CDN, live chat, and advertising platforms for campaign measurement.
These providers act under contract and may only process data on our instructions. We do not allow them to use your data for their own purposes.
6) International Transfers
If data is transferred outside the UAE (e.g., to service providers or clouds in other countries), we implement appropriate safeguards such as contractual commitments and security measures consistent with applicable law.
7) Retention

Event/webinar records: typically 12 months post-event.
Cookie data: per the lifespan indicated in the cookie manager (§8). When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
8) Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies/SDKs to operate and improve the website. Categories:
Advertising/Retargeting (only if enabled; for measuring and improving campaigns).
Where required, we display a cookie banner allowing you to accept/reject non-essential cookies and to change preferences at any time. You can also control cookies in your browser.
